DRONE:AIRFALL Terms of Service

1. Service

DRONE:AIRFALL provides drone combat, online matches, aircraft/weapon/customization features, progression storage, and optional advertising and purchase features. Availability may vary by platform, country, account status, or operational conditions.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally eligible to use the service under applicable law and platform rules. If applicable law requires parental or guardian consent for your age, you must obtain that consent.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials and sign-in methods secure. You may not use another person's account without permission or improperly transfer, sell, purchase, or obtain accounts or authentication credentials. If you suspect an account-security issue, use an official support channel as soon as reasonably possible.

3. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• use cheats, bots, automation, modified clients, or unauthorized software to manipulate gameplay results;
• exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or reward flows to obtain currency, items, ranking, or other benefits improperly;
• interfere with servers, networks, or another player's normal use of the service;
• impersonate others or use account, payment, or reward systems for fraud; or
• use the service in a way that violates applicable law, platform rules, or third-party rights.

4. Virtual Currency, Items, and Rewards

In-game currency, items, tickets, rewards, and other digital content are service-use entitlements for use within the game. Unless applicable law or the relevant payment platform requires otherwise, they do not represent ownership of cash or legal tender and are not redeemable for cash.

Acquisition methods, permitted uses, values, or functionality may change as part of game-balance, economy, season, or content updates. Material changes affecting paid purchases remain subject to applicable law and platform rules.

5. Purchases, Refunds, and Advertising

Purchases made through Google Play or another external platform are also subject to that platform's payment and refund rules. Supported platforms may offer ad-removal entitlements or other paid digital products.

Rewarded ads are optional. Rewards are granted only when the game's required conditions, such as valid ad completion and server verification, are satisfied. Advertising and purchase features may differ by platform.

6. Service Changes, Maintenance, and Availability

We may update the game and its features for security, stability, balance, legal/platform requirements, or service improvement. Maintenance, network failures, platform outages, or events outside reasonable control may temporarily interrupt some or all service features. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable service notices when practical.

7. Restrictions and Account Termination

Where permitted by applicable law and platform rules, confirmed cheating, fraud, reward abuse, security violations, material disruption of other users or the service, or other material breaches of these Terms may result in feature restrictions, reversal of improperly obtained rewards, suspension, or account termination.

8. Intellectual Property

Rights in DRONE:AIRFALL code, designs, logos, graphics, audio, text, and other content belong to their respective rights holders. You receive a personal, non-exclusive right to use the service as provided. Except where allowed by law or expressly authorized, you may not copy, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit service content without permission.

9. Privacy and Third-Party Services

Personal-data handling is described in the DRONE:AIRFALL Privacy Policy. Third-party services such as Google, Supabase, and Cloudflare may be used for authentication, distribution, billing, advertising, hosting, or networking, and their own terms and policies may also apply.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available. Continuous, error-free operation or compatibility with every device and network cannot be guaranteed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service, features, law, or platform requirements. The last-updated date on this page will be revised, and material changes affecting user rights will receive additional reasonable notice when practical.
